How long does it take for freight shipments to be delivered?

Shipping times vary from port to port by distance, routing, and congestion. Transit time is calculated once the container/goods is on board the vessel, airplane or truck and confirmed departed. The quoted transit timeframes do not account for potential delays brought on by bad weather, customs processing, and/or inspection. Consolidated cargo will take longer considering earlier cut-off times to allow for the documentation and loading process.
